Kinesiology Foundation Course
The Kinesiology Foundation Course provides 90 hours of face-to-face training and forms the essential grounding for those wishing to explore kinesiology for personal development or professional practice.
Alongside in-person training, students complete light home study (around 1–2 hours per week), 25 case study sessions and written coursework to support integration and confidence.
Practical, Hands-On Learning Experience
This course is very much experiential and hands-on. While you’ll learn the theory that underpins kinesiology, the emphasis is on doing — practising muscle testing, exploring techniques, and applying corrections in pairs or small groups, with my guidance and supervision throughout.
This style of learning helps you build confidence steadily and ensures you feel supported as you begin to use kinesiology safely and effectively.
Students remain fully clothed at all times. Comfortable clothing such as leggings or loose-fitting trousers is recommended to allow ease of movement.
