About the Course

The Kinesiology Foundation Course is the first step into learning kinesiology, offering a strong, practical grounding for those exploring kinesiology for personal development or professional practice.

This semi-intensive format is ideal for students who want depth and continuity without the pressure of a full immersion. Training is delivered in a small, supportive group, allowing time to practise, integrate, and build confidence between teaching blocks.

The course is accredited by the Kinesiology Association (KA) and recognised by the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).

Your Tutor

The course is taught by Rosemary Tarrant, a practising Kinesiologist and tutor with over 20 years of clinical experience. Rosemary is known for her grounded, supportive teaching style and her commitment to helping students feel confident using kinesiology safely and effectively in the real world.

How You’ll Learn

This is a hands-on, experiential course. While theory is covered, the emphasis is on learning through practice.

You will:

  • work in pairs and small groups

  • practise muscle testing and corrections under guidance

  • build confidence gradually and safely

Kinesiology is practised fully clothed. Comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement is recommended.
