Do you suffer with Hayfever symptoms or have reactions to Animals– Dogs, Cats, Horses etc.  It may be that your body is experiencing allergic reactions.

What can Hayfever symptoms be like?

  • Itchy Skin
  • Streaming Eyes
  • Snuffly Nose
  • Sneezing
  • Irritated Throat

What can you do to help make life more bearable?

An option for some people seems to be lock yourself away and keep yourself away from the potential danger!

You could try Kinesiology!

I have used Kinesiology with clients who suffer from hay fever symptoms for years now with great results.  A dramatic reduction in the symptoms is normally felt after just a couple of sessions.  Kinesiology is muscle testing and by using it you can find out what is causing your body to become out of balance and also what will bring it back into balance.

I generally use some nutrition to give the body a bit of a boost especially the glands called the Adrenals. They are often out of balance if you are suffering with allergies as the body has gone into overwhelm.

Blended liquids tailored to suit your needs.

The other area I look at is using Homeobotanicals.  I have found liquid blends incredible in allowing the body to detox and also to assimilate the nutrients better from your diet and supplements if you are taking them.  They are also nutritionally rich in their own right and work beautifully with flower essences.

So if stress is a factor in your life, it may be bringing your immune system resistance down a level. This can have a knock-on effect in how capable your body deals with outside stressors.  Plant and animals have the potential to be a stress to our body so building it up from the inside so you can enjoy being near animals or out in green space is key to your health.

Try Kinesiology & Homeobotanicals to really enjoy Spring and Summer.  Most of my clients now just book an appointment with me during March or April specifically for a Hayfever Booster.
